Lagerkransen, Lund - Sweden 🇸🇪

One of the first wooden multi storey buildings in Lund, Lagerkransen, is now coming to an end and ready to receive habitants, after two and a half years of design and follow up measurements. The frame of the building consists of CLT-elements with some of the walls exposing visible wood, creating a friendly and cosy atmosphere inside the 82 apartments. The building fulfils high sound insulation requirements to comply with “Miljöbyggnad GULD” (Environmental Building GOLD).
