Godisfabriken, Gävle - Sweden 🇸🇪

In Gävle our commissioner NOCK Massiva Trähus has erected an eight storey CLT modular residential building. Acouwood has taking part in the development of the modular building system that fulfils the minimum acoustic legal requirement in Sweden. Acouwood has also verified the acoustic quality with on site measurements. It is a building system with a lot of visible wood inside the dwellings creating a pleasant indoor environment with a taste nature inside. The building and its 78 apartments were ready for moving in, early 2022.
